Job summary

Zachary Daniels in Bromley is seeking a capable Supervisor to join a stylish fashion retailer. This hands-on role leads a team, drives sales and ensures an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

You will support the management team, maintain store standards and contribute to visual merchandising to reflect the brand identity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant manager within fashion, accessories or premium retail.
• Confident leading a team and taking ownership during your shifts.
• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of sales and KPIs.
• Natural role model who motivates and develops others.
• Passionate about customer service and engaging shopping experience.
• Organised, proactive and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for a strong and experienced Supervisor to join a stylish fashion retailer in Bromley. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, motivating a team and helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll play an important role on the shop floor, supporting the management team and helping to drive sales, standards and team performance.
