Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Brand Ambassador to lead on the sales floor, embody Coach values, and strengthen brand awareness. You will drive initiatives, support store operations, and foster an inclusive culture while achieving sales targets.

The role includes mentoring teammates and contributing to a positive customer experience. We expect 1+ years in retail leadership, the ability to manage performance, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level.
  • Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds when required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
  • Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to improve store performance.
  • Supports store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed.
  • Provides feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
