Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Brand Ambassador to maintain leadership on the sales floor, hit sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role embodies Coach values and increases brand awareness while supporting full store operations.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives, foster a growth mindset across the team, recruit and mentor staff, analyse sales data and drive customer-centric strategies to elevate performance and the Coach brand in the UK.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds as required.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience

  • Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, high-level training as needed

  • Adheres to and enforces team compliance of Company policies and procedures in addition to store operational procedures

Customer Focused (internal and external)

  • Create a customer-centric Culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships to meet business goals

  • Provides HR and conflict resolution support to team and in district in absence of leadership team

Qualifications & Requirements
  • 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level

  • Can bend, reach, stretch as well as lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product, cartons, props or fixtures up to 50 pounds

Base Pay Range

£33,280.00 - £36,000.00

The salary range shown represents the full-time equivalent base pay for this position at the time of posting, in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. For part-time roles, the salary will be pro-rated based on contracted hours. Actual compensation will be determined using objective, job‑related criteria.
