Job summary

Little Wing Bangor is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead the restaurant team and ensure top-notch service. You will work with the General Manager to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain cleanliness, while delivering outstanding pizza hospitality.

This full-time role is 30–40 hours per week with a competitive rate of up to £29,000 per annum plus a performance bonus. Perks include free pizza on shift, 20% food discount, 29 days holiday, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisor experience in a customer facing role
• Proven track record of organisational skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza
• Strong customer focus
• Desirable: 1 years’ supervisor experience in a similar busy table service restaurant
• NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to the restaurant team to maintain excellent customer service.
• Work with the General Manager to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness.
• Ensure shift coverage and smooth operations throughout the restaurant.
• Promote company policies and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Little Wing opened its doors in October 2009, bringing authentic (and delicious!) Naples-style pizzas to Northern Ireland. Since the opening of the flagship restaurant on Ann Street in Belfast the Little Wing family has grown to include ten restaurants throughout Northern Ireland!

We have an exciting opportunity for a supervisor to join our Little Wing Bangor, Management team.
As a Supervisor you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. You will work with the GeneralManager, to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
We believe in work life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 30 - 40 hour per week. As reward you can expect a competitive rate of pay of up to £29,000 per annum.

We also provide a performance bonus structure, free pizza on shift and a company discount 20% off food in various outlets including Bullitt Hotel, Little Wing Pizzeria, The National and The Cloth Ear.
