Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality supervision to foster carers, ensuring they meet the needs of children and young people.
• Visit, assess, and support foster carers during the approval process and ongoing care.
• Deliver training and assessments to foster carers.
• Participate in meetings and reviews.

Requirements:

• Post-qualified experience within a fostering team.
• An accredited social work degree.
• Deep knowledge of fostering processes, regulations, and policies.
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Full UK driving license.
