  • Qualified Social Worker status.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles (Supervising Social Worker).

  • A personality and values that reflect a supportive, kind, and solutions-focused approach.

  • Desirable: Experience undertaking Form F Assessments and/or working in the independent fostering sector.

What's On Offer?

  • Performance-Related Pay (PRP) after probation (based on regional growth).

  • 150 per week for Out of Hours pay.

  • Generous Annual Leave: 28 days plus 8 bank holidays (increasing to 32+8 with length of service).

  • Discretionary sick pay.

  • Annual pay increase / fair pay policy.

  • Hybrid working model.
