A good rated, family owned Independent Fostering Agency are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to play a key role in ensuring that they continue to provide an excellent service to children, foster carers, and placing authorities.As the supervising Social Worker, you will be covering a caseload of foster carers over the South London region.This role isfull-time and permanent, plus home-based.

Your responsibilities as the Supervising Social Worker:
- Providing guidance, supervision, and support to carers
- Supporting the development of the service in relation to therapeutic interventions and practice models
- Promoting the development of our foster carers' skills and aptitudes
Requirements of you as the Supervising Social Worker:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid registration with Social Work England
- Significant experience of working within Looked After Children
- Experience of working within Fostering
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: South London
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum
