Responsibilities

• Conduct foster carer supervisions and provide ongoing support to foster carers.
• Complete high-quality carer annual reviews, ensuring all assessments are timely and meet the highest standards.
• Perform unannounced visits to foster carers to ensure the wellbeing of the children.
• Attend essential meetings such as child in care reviews and risk assessment meetings to advocate for the children’s best interests.
• Present cases to the fostering panel as required and facilitate foster carer support groups.
• Collaborate closely with childcare teams and other professionals to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in care.
