Job summary

Community Care Live is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to cover a caseload in the West Midlands. You must hold a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and have post-qualification experience in Children’s Social Work with current knowledge of relevant legislation.

The role is full-time with hybrid working, offering 28 days annual leave plus public holidays, mileage coverage, training and development opportunities, and various high street discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work.
• Right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship).
• Experience within Children's Social Work post qualification.
• Up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a Children’s Social Work caseload in the West Midlands.
• Safeguard and promote welfare of children and families.
• Contribute to systemic safeguarding interventions and care planning.
