TLC Wales Fostering provides family foster placements for children aged 0–18 years who have a diagnosed medical condition and/or disability. We meet the needs of children with various conditions, including life-limiting conditions, profound physical disabilities, and complex needs.
Our Supervising Social Workers are experienced in the field of disability. They build positive relationships between TLC, foster parents, children, and their social workers. This role is key to helping foster carers achieve stability and longevity of placements for children.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure foster parents are informed, understand regulations, and operate within national standards and policies.

This full-time role is primarily home-based with travel throughout South Wales to visit carers, attend meetings, participate in activities, support days, and recruit new carers.
