The role will provide the opportunity to work on challenging, complex, high-value and often high-profile private equity transactions, frequently with an international element. You will work with Partners and associates in both London, Bristol and internationally, as part of a collegiate and supportive international group. The wider corporate team focuses on the following core areas:

  1. Transactions for asset management and investment funds and private equity;
  2. M&A, public and private;
  3. Joint ventures, reorganisations, and restructurings;
  4. Corporate governance and listed company advisory;
  5. Equity capital markets;

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. A qualified solicitor with 4-7 years of PQE.
  2. Good organisational skills.
  3. Excellent client relationship skills and a desire to carry out business development. Utilise client focus initiatives and monitor service levels of client needs.
