Type: Full-Time / Permanent – 40 Hours per week

In this role, you'll be responsible for daily operationsduring your duty shifts, supporting your team to deliver excellent guest andowner service, while also contributing to wider commercial outcomes by ensuringretail standards, stock levels, and revenue objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team during shifts, ensuring a smooth and efficientoperation across all retail outlets.
- Deliver excellent guest experiences by resolvingqueries or concerns quickly and professionally.
- Enhance retail performance by maintaining strong stockcontrol, merchandising standards, and revenue awareness.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members,supporting their development and motivation.
- Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, andoperational standards during your shift.
- Work closely with the wider leadership team to meetbusiness and revenue goals.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members,promoting a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Experience as a Supervisor, Duty Manager, or similar leadership role within aretail, supermarket, or hospitality setting.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with theability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service ina fast-paced environment.
- Solid organisational skills with attention to detail,especially around stock and displays.
- Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issuesefficiently.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts includingevenings, weekends, and holidays.
