Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and perform shopkeeping tasks to ensure efficient operation.
• Stock replenishment: Keep shelves full and products properly positioned.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
• Reduce wastage through product diligence and markdowns on nearing expiry items.
• Support the wider shop team, including checkout assistance, managing Click & Collect, and fulfilling on-demand orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Work hours are varied, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and across seven days, between 07:00 and 23:45.
