This is a great opportunity for a confident, proactive, and people-focused leader with a passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and team development to make a real impact in a dynamic industrial environment.
We don’t expect you to come with mining or smelting experience – we’ll teach you the technical aspects of the Pot Room and how it operates. In return, we offer a supportive work environment and family-friendly roster options, including a 9-day fortnight or a 4-day week (40 hours), to help you balance work and life.

Every day our leaders grow, while our rosters are designed to help you live the lifestyle that is right for you and your family.
