We are a high-end construction company based in Hertfordshire, with a proven track record of creating exceptional residential and commercial properties in prime locations. Due to company growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Construction team, working on a luxury residential site in the North/North-West London area.

We are offering a great opportunity for an individual looking to utilise and develop their existing construction knowledge together with their administration/operational skills. The role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient site/project management.

Summary of duties and responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day activities onsite, being the main point of contact for the client and the sub-contractors.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, the Buyer and the team to make sure the project is working on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop and implement work schedules and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to the project plans and specifications for our highest quality standards.
  • Ensure the site is maintained to a high standard, including health and safety.
  • Keeping site logs updated daily.
  • Using our construction management programme Procore.
  • Excellent timekeeping and professionalism.

  • Gold card
  • In date SMSTS / SSSTS and First Aid At Work
