dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

We’re looking for dynamic and enthusiastic
people to join our team at Edinburgh Airport, airside. Your role will be
crucial in delivering an outstanding greeting and seating experience, ensuring
that every customer feels welcomed and valued. You will:

  • Be the face of our brand– Greet and serve all customers with a big smile and make
    their day with your awesome energy!
  • Stay alert and ready– Pay attention to what customers need and be quick to help
    them out with any requests or concerns.
  • Know your stuff– Get to know all our food and drinks so you can wow
    customers with your knowledge and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidates are outgoing, engaging
team players who are passionate about food and drink. To be successful in this
role, you will need:

  • Basic smarts– A good level of
    general education, including English and Maths, to handle orders and
    communicate clearly.
  • Eager learner– A passion for picking up new skills using the coolest tech
    for personal development.
  • Stay cool under pressure– The ability to keep things running smoothly, even when it's
    busy, and deliver top-notch service every time.

We offer an hourly wage of up to £12.21ph
applicable to all age ranges, plus:

    Holidays, which can be booked off), increasing by 1 day per year up to a

Hold an Airport
Security ID Pass, which we will help you obtain. The application process
requires the production of a valid passport, a criminal record check, and five
years of personal/employment references.
