The Role

Enterprise League is searching for a super creative 2D Graphic Designer to join our company. They will be able to create original, exciting and beautiful creative solutions in both 2D. As a Graphic Designer, you will be working in the design department to produce high quality 2D characters, animations, UI design, background and Symbols. You will be involved in the entire life cycle of animation development, including initial concept, asset creation and development. You will be influential in key stakeholder decision making and have the privilege to create projects with the potential to grow worldly popular.

Responsibilities

• Create stunning visual motion graphics for a variety of B2B marketing campaigns and creative brand projects.
• Visually illustrate different designs and ideas, making sure to adhere to briefs and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm new ideas and concepts for projects.
• Convert complex project briefs into powerful visual concepts and animations taking ownership of that process from start to finish.
• Have the ability to keep up-to-date with the latest software updates and industry best practice.
• Attention to detail is crucial whilst being able to meet deadlines. You will be able to build content quickly and to a high standard.
• Bring your insight to all existing visual communication by offering innovative design solutions, sharing your ideas to set Enterprise League apart from the competition.

• Have a grounding in design and design theory
• You will have the creative and technical skills to design graphics, and a stunning showreel to prove it
• Be passionate for impactful concepts and visual ideas that resonate with audiences
• 3-4 years experience in 2D/3D graphics design
• Strong illustration / drawing skills are definitely a plus.
• Approach the creative process collaboratively, seeking the feedback of others to sharpen ideas into fully fledged designs.
• Be efficient and able to adapt to processes and systems easily
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Work with an approachable, transparent and mindful mindset
• 3D Design (Studio max, etc) & 3D characters
