This is a part-time Temp Stylist contract running from the end of July to September. Hours range from 10 to 18 per week, with the potential to stay on in a permanent role after the summer.

  • Having full knowledge of our products and in-store services to create a memorable and engaging experience for our customers, leading a centre of innovation and experimentation.
  • Greeting & assisting customers, providing advice and guidance on styling with a kind and empathetic approach, and making genuine connections with them.
  • Deliver a world-class experience like no other, continuously breaking boundaries to always strive for that next step ahead of the curve.
  • Being a team player and contributing to the success of the store, ensuring you live by our core values and mission.
  • Build brand loyalty by promoting our CRM scheme and engaging with your local community.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of materials, styles, and product benefits, with a self-led learning mindset.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
  1. Life Story & Values - a 20-minute video call with our Talent Team to get to know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values.
  2. Hiring Party - if successful after your Values interview, you'll be invited to one of our Hiring Parties where you'll meet the team, learn about our in-store experience, and explore our values even deeper. These are scheduled for the 11th and 12th of June. If you can't make it, just inform the team ahead of your interview.
