About the Role

As a Host, you will:

• Welcome all guests with a warm smile, creating a positive first impression and checking them in using our reservations system efficiently and accurately.
• Delight our guests by delivering exceptional hospitality, a “can-do” attitude, and creating unforgettable dining experiences from the moment they enter.
• Be a proactive team player who genuinely supports your colleagues and values each guest’s individual needs.
• Effectively manage the dining room flow, including coordinating waitlists, walk-ins, and reservations to optimize guest satisfaction and table turnover.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure while prioritising guest needs.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally, managing reservations, takeout inquiries, and guest concerns with clarity and confidence.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the host stand and entrance area to ensure a welcoming environment at all times.
• Communicate clearly with servers and management to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experience.
• Act as an ambassador of the restaurant, demonstrating knowledge of the menu, specials, and events to assist and inform guests.
