Location: Tobermore Concrete Products Ltd, 2 Lisnamuck Road, Tobermore

Tobermore is now recruiting Summer Production Operatives (Fixed Term Contract).

  • Night shift roles available ***

Please note the induction week will take place Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm to cover all relevant training.

What's in it for you?

  • £16.25 per hour (calculation based on £12.50 per hour + 30% shift allowance)
  • Plus potential weekly bonus of £50 (available from week 5)

Shift Details

44 hours per week, 4 nights (between Sunday and Friday, 6pm - 6am)

All roles will accrue annual leave entitlements.

Our Summer Production Operative roles will provide you with exciting challenges and opportunities within Manufacturing. You will provide excellent support to the Production Team.

About The Role

All roles will include the following key responsibilities:

  • Achieve production targets and achieve efficient cycle times.
  • Using Tobermore Tablet to complete daily check/snag/ batching sheets accurately.
  • Carry out all required cleaning duties at the end of the shift.
  • Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your Manager

Desired Criteria

  • 5 GCSE’s including English & Maths A – C.
  • Production related administration experience such as check sheets/ computer or Ipad.
  • Full and clean driving licence
