Job description

Summer Placement - Front of House Visitor Assistant

This is a unique opportunity to join our Front of House team, working across both the Visitor Experience and Retail & Admissions departments to support the Museum and ensure all visitors receive a warm, engaging, and professional welcome.

This role involves working 4 days per week, including some weekends, until Friday, 31st October 2025.

The timings and duration of the placement can be flexible to accommodate applicants' study or term times (if applicable). The position will be paid at either the National Minimum or Living Wage, depending on age.

Full induction and training will be provided.

Closing date for applications is 12:00 pm (noon) on Friday, 23rd May 2025.

Interviews will be held on 5th and 6th June 2025.

Reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses is available for candidates attending interviews in person.
