Overview

Construction Management Student to join the Construction team based in Edinburgh for a Summer Placement.

Location: Edinburgh with flexibility to travel across the region. Pathway: 8 weeks at 40 hours per week. Starting date: July 2026. Starting Salary: £26,208 per annum.

We are a leading UK national contractor delivering projects of all sizes and complexities in the public and private sectors, including education, healthcare, defence and justice and borders. We design and deliver buildings that are key to the UK’s infrastructure.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Summer Placement Construction Management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects, on time and to the required quality. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop a strong foundation in construction management.

What will your day-to-day duties include?
  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and management of projects.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for students undertaking a degree in Construction Management or a related field, who can join us on an 8-week placement across July – August. You must be returning to university upon completion of your placement.
