Job summary

Arup is seeking a Summer Internship in Project Management to support delivery of complex infrastructure and property programmes. You will work within the Programme and Project Management team to assist with day-to-day management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, gaining exposure to controls, dashboards and design coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline pursued (e.g., Project & Programme Management).
• Technical skills include experience with Power BI, Primavera P6, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
• Strong data analysis and report writing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Commitment to sustainable development and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of complex projects and programmes as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of quality and client service.
• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project management activities, including programme, risk and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate project information and communications, ensuring effective information flow across project teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to project monitoring, progress reporting and performance tracking, including the development of dashboards and project controls.
• Attend and participate in client, project, design and delivery team meetings, supporting collaboration and successful project outcomes.
