Responsibilities

• Participate in audit planning documenting scope, process understanding, risk and control identification and testing strategies.
• Test key controls and draw conclusions about design and effectiveness during fieldwork.
• Discuss and agree on factual accuracy of audit issues with the team.
• Write high quality issues and record management action plans.
• Stay updated on risks and changes across relevant business units.
• Challenge auditees to ensure correct conclusions are reached.
• Operate in compliance with regulatory requirements and Barclays policies; contribute to risk assessment activity.
