This 10‑week programme builds your technical and commercial skills through practical tasks, dashboards and collaboration with teams across Markets, Banking and Technology.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year student from any academic background with an interest in data, analytics and financial markets.
• Experience with data analysis, programming (e.g. Python, SQL) or AI/ML concepts is beneficial but not required.
• You will develop analytical and problem‑solving skills through hands‑on project work with coaching and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex datasets to generate insights and build dashboards.
• Support development of data‑driven tools and analytical capabilities.
• Contribute to AI and machine learning use cases focused on insight generation and workflow enhancement.
