Responsibilities

• Map and document current workflows and systems.
• Support digital governance and tool adoption.
• Accelerate ClickUp usage and improve usability.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improved reporting.
• Run small digital pilots and document outcomes.
• Contribute to digital theme workstreams.
