Job summary

Exsportise Limited seeks an organised, English-proficient team member to support the EFL office and oversee administrative duties across summer camp locations.

You will handle communications, maintain records, assist with exams and welfare reporting, and collaborate with DoS, staff and parents in a fast-paced environment. TEFL background and a flexible approach are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English (CEFR C1)
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and Google Drive
• Able to liaise with international students, parents and staff
• Ideally TEFL and/or teaching background, with pastoral or welfare experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee EFL office communications and daily staffing during lessons.
• Set up teaching equipment and classroom displays with DoS liaison.
• Maintain EFL records, progress tests and incident logs.
• Assist placement tests, invigilation and welfare reporting.
• Provide welfare/support for staff and check safeguarding compliance.
