Job summary

Rothschild & Co is offering a 10-week Global Advisory Summer Analyst Programme in London. This role provides exposure to M&A and Debt & Restructuring, with classroom training on accounting, valuation and modelling, followed by live deal experience.

You will research industries, assist with client materials, and support models and coordination during transactions, while developing technical and presentation skills in a high‑performance environment.

Qualifications

• On track for a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent in your university degree.
• Genuine interest in corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Diligent and committed to excellence.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ambitious, driven and capable of delivering results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research the industries our clients operate in to support senior bankers’ marketing initiatives.
• Provide input for company profiles, presentations and other documents.
• Input and editing of Excel-based models, including valuation techniques.
• Support the team in coordinating the transaction process during live transactions.
• Attend internal and external calls and meetings as appropriate.
