Compensation: £29,200 - £34,300 Depending on Experience + Benefits

At Babcock we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together, and if you join us, you can play your part as a Position Management Administrator at our Devonport Royal Dockyard site.

The role
As a Position Management Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Assist in driving the successful implementation of a new position management project across the business, contributing to process optimization and organisational effectiveness.

Day-to-day, you’ll oversee all data streams, ensuring robust compliance and streamlined processes to support organisational efficiency and integrity.

  • Manage and update position records.
  • Maintain accuracy in position data, covering job classifications, organisational structures, and reporting lines.
  • Activate positions and coordinate with recruitment administration to fill vacancies.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide stakeholders with robust reports and actionable insights.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Position Management Administrator

  • Experience in HR or organisational development.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Position Management.
