Job Description:

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant for a permanent position with a global organization undergoing a large optimization program. The role offers £80,000 plus bonus and benefits, with remote work options within the UK or Europe. Please note, sponsorship is not provided.

The successful candidate will:

1. Have experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Time and Absence, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession Planning.
2. Be able to analyze and resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues quickly to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
3. Possess Job Profile Builder Integration Experience (desirable).
4. Have knowledge of integration with other SuccessFactors modules, platforms, and third-party applications.
5. Have configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions with significant commercial experience.
6. Hold active SuccessFactors certifications.
