As our People practice expands, we are looking for Solution Leads experienced in designing processes, configuring SuccessFactors solutions, and handling technical integrations and data migrations.

What will you be doing?

• Lead and manage functional workstreams, including small to medium onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Collaborate with clients and guide them through finance transformation journeys.

Stakeholder Interaction & Challenges:

• Work effectively with senior client representatives, including global process owners and senior stakeholders.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, team-building, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Have strong presentation skills and influence client and internal stakeholders, supporting opportunity pursuits and client presentations.

Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance:

• Be familiar with project management and governance, including managing project plans, status reports, issues, risks, and scope.
• Experience presenting solution position papers to forums like Design Authority.

What will you need to do it?

• Strong commercial acumen, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills to clarify complex issues and synthesize large information sets.
• Experience in functional and/or technical roles in business or systems delivery, preferably across multiple sectors.
• Proficiency in producing project deliverables such as business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, and process flows.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills.
• Awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches, and industry trends.

• Certifications in multiple SAP Modules.
