Job description

Job Title: Success Factors Compensation and Variable Pay Consultant

Pay rate: £590 per day inside IR35

Clearance required: BPSS

Location: Hybrid in Preston

Duration: 6 months

Job Description:
  1. Experience in implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions and supporting technologies in large, complex organizations.
  2. Strong, hands-on configuration skills in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
  3. Knowledge and experience in integrating Compensation and Variable Pay modules with other SuccessFactors modules.
  4. Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
  5. Experience with at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay deployment.
  6. Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels within a client organization.
  7. Ability to plan and facilitate client workshops.
  8. Guide clients on SuccessFactors best practices and innovations, staying updated with the SuccessFactors roadmap and other HR technologies.
  9. Flexible working ability, both onsite and remotely. Limited UK and overseas travel may be required.
  10. Experience with global deployments and solution delivery across multiple geographies.
