Role overview

Subway Sandwich Artist, Laceby Lodge Services, Grimsby.

Min 16 Hours P/W - possibly more hours when the store needs.

We have an exciting opportunity for a 'Sandwich Artist' to work in the SUBWAY department within our SPAR store who enjoy having fun working as part of a small team. We are looking for someone who is motivated, friendly, and hands-on. Reporting directly to the Subway Team Leader, you will assist in maximizing sales and profit by carrying out allocated tasks in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the store and staff and provision of friendly, efficient service to customers, colleagues, and visitors.

Tasks/Responsibilities

  • To deliver customer service in line with SPARkling Service standards
  • To contribute ideas for driving the business and its team forward
  • To use relevant processes and policies to control the security of people, stock, and cash
  • To assist in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities as defined in the induction and period training
  • Ensure adherence to Subway compliance standards with particular focus on those standards relating to food safety
