Job summary

Phoenix Futures is recruiting a Recovery Worker at HMP Pentonville to deliver harm reduction and support recovery for people with substance use issues, including relapse prevention and care planning.

You will advocate on behalf of service users, signposting and referring to the required agencies to support holistic recovery in a full-time permanent role in London, with London Weighting included.

Job description

As a Recovery worker you will be providing harm reduction to those with substance use issues and supporting in their recovery through relapse prevention and care planning. You will also act as an advocate for these service users, signposting and referring to the necessary agencies in order to support them in their recovery holistically
Full-time (Permanent), £29,383.65 per annum, Inclusive of London Weighting
