At Lambeth, WithYou works closely with the lead provider, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and partners, Phoenix Futures and Way Through providing free and confidential support to adults experiencing challenges with drugs and alcohol. A s a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. As Team Leader you will directly link in to the Service Manager, as well as working collaboratively with other Team Leaders, Operations Managers and our partner organisations, to ensure clear communication and meet the delivery needs of this service to support our clients to achieve positive outcomes.
You will be responsible for collaboratively leading a WithYou team to deliver a high level of performance by meeting targets and KPI’s set to ensure we are providing the best service to our clients and improve treatment outcomes, whilst creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our staff team. You will also be expected to hold a small caseload.
This post requires excellent leadership skills to work innovatively and confidently. You will support staff in high performing recovery work, overseeing quality assurance and safeguarding, with the capacity to work within competing demands and tight timescales.
The position is full time and permanent with a salary of £30,390 - £41,700 per annum (this is inclusive of a Inner London Weighting payment of £4,000 per year).
Managing and developing your team to reach its full potential will be key to your success and will be your passion. You will motivate your team to deliver exceptional services to those we support and will have the ability to connect quickly with both staff and service users, treating them respectfully and with dignity. This is a busy team, with multiple priorities ongoing, so it’s important that you are highly organised and able to manage your time effectively.
You and your team will be responsible for delivering against targets, always ensuring the service is complying with all of the necessary requirements that arise from working in a social care setting. There'll be data analysis and administration tasks to deal with too, but that's all part of this busy and varied job that you take in your stride. You will have:
