We are looking for a full-time Substance Misuse Recovery Worker – Community Team based in Doncaster.
Salary: £23,875 - £27,603
We are a registered charity that has been transforming the lives of people affected by drugs and alcohol misuse for over 40 years.
The company combines the strengths of NHS provision under the leadership of a consultant with the voluntary sector. The partnership has worked together for over 20 years providing Drug and Alcohol Services to our local communities. It is a forward-thinking and innovative partnership that works closely with recovery communities to provide flexible, responsive services aimed at achieving the best outcomes for service users and the community.

The community teams are the core element of the service, focusing on long-term case management and improved outcomes for adults with issues related to all substances. The team employs a key working and care plan approach, supporting specialist prescribed interventions and harm reduction through our prescribing team, with an emphasis on helping individuals lead fulfilling lives within their communities.
If you have relevant experience in the substance misuse field and hold a Level 3 qualification in Tackling Substance Misuse or equivalent, we would like to hear from you.
