Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals dealing with substance misuse challenges and develop personalised care plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and intervention for individuals experiencing substance misuse issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychologists, and addiction specialists.
  • Offer education and guidance to clients and their families to enhance understanding and coping mechanisms related to substance misuse.
  • Administer medication and monitor its effectiveness, as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
