Archer Resourcing has an opening for an experienced Substance Misuse Nurse to join the team in Wakefield.

This is a full-time temporary contract.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Substance Misuse Nurse, you will support opiate substitute treatment, alcohol and opiate detoxifications, and promote the uptake of naloxone. You will also support the team with Blood Borne Virus screening and vaccinations, working closely with mental health, physical health, and social care services. Additionally, you will help create a collaborative approach that links our clients more closely to outside professionals and agencies.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Substance Misuse Nurse
• NMC registration
• Relevant degree
• Enhanced DBS within the last 12 months - on the update service? You could be fast-tracked through our recruitment process today
• Full driving license and access to own vehicle are advantageous
