Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting for a Substance Misuse Group Facilitator in Camberwell, London. The role offers a 5-month contract with a 37.5-hour week and umbrella-rate pay of £22 per hour.

You will lead group sessions, work with multidisciplinary teams, and provide education on recovery strategies, monitoring progress and adapting approaches to meet participant needs.

• Lead and facilitate group sessions for individuals with substance misuse issues, fostering a safe and supportive environment for recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to group needs.
• Provide education and resources on substance misuse and recovery strategies to participants and their families.
• Monitor and document group progress, adapting approaches to meet the evolving needs of the participants.
• Encourage and sustain motivation within the group, celebrating milestones and successes in the recovery journey.
