We are seeking a dedicated Substance Misuse Clinical Lead Prescriber to join our team at Gatwick Immigration Removal Centre, located in Gatwick, Surrey. This role offers the chance to deliver top-tier healthcare services while maintaining efficiency and quality.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30, with some flexibility considered.
Salary
Full-time position with an annual salary up to £55,996, depending on experience.

As a Senior Substance Misuse Clinical Lead Prescriber, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical leadership and management to registered nurses and care teams
- Delivering a range of treatment options, including clinical and psychosocial interventions
- Monitoring therapeutic responses to medication and potential side effects
- Supporting group work delivery of clinical interventions

- NMC Registered Nurse (Mental Health or Adult Nurse)
- Prescribing qualification in SMS
- RCGP 1 in Substance Misuse or willingness to undertake
- Experience working with opiate-dependent patients
- Strong clinical knowledge of substance misuse
