We have an exciting opportunity for a Subsidiary Governance Manager to join our outstanding Corporate Governance Function. This role will manage the development and execution and delivery of best practice Subsidiary Governance, ensuring alignment with the broader Corporate Governance Function strategy.
A bit about the job:
The Subsidiary Governance Manager will provide training, support and oversight to trainees across all subsidiary governance activities, in particular, providing technical training on regulatory and legal requirements. Support the implementation of new processes and governance activities in line with regulatory developments and the Corporate Governance transformation programme. The role will identify and escalate risk issues, gathering support as required from a Senior Subsidiary Governance Manager.
