Subsidence Team Senior

Job Location: South England Job Type: Permanent Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Team Senior in South England.

You'll support the regional team in delivering positive outcomes to clients and policyholders. This involves ensuring smooth communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders. You'll need skills in customer service, team management, and claims handling.

This role offers a balance of office and remote work, making it ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer service. You'll contribute to the team's revenue and profit goals and provide coaching and support to team members.

This is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping others succeed.

The skills you will have when you apply:
  • Proven track record of delivery: Driven and results-focused, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills: Quick to take ownership, solution-focused, and well-organised.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills: Able to interact effectively, explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements.
  • Demonstrates empathy and emotional intelligence: Understanding and managing emotions to build strong relationships.
  • Analytical skills and confidence in MI and reporting interpretation: Capable of analysing data and interpreting management information accurately.
  • Ability to work in a team environment: Maximising performance and encouraging growth within the team.
  • Chartered status: Dip CILA or Dip CII
    • or have a commitment to secure this status within 2 years of appointment.
