Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking an experienced Subsea Project Engineer to join our established engineering team in Leeds. You will lead engineering projects from design through to build and testing, working closely with customers and internal engineering teams.

The role requires strong technical and problem-solving skills, experience leading multidisciplinary projects, and familiarity with SAP, PLM, AutoCAD or Inventor.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
• Experience leading engineering projects or multidisciplinary activities.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP, PLM, AutoCAD, Inventor or other 3D CAD software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from design through to delivery.
• Coordinate engineering activities and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a key technical contact for customers.
• Review specifications and provide technical guidance.
• Oversee top-level design and technical documentation.
• Lead internal and external design reviews.
• Support build, testing and project delivery.
• Provide regular project updates to management.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety and company standards.
