Job summary

Ashmead Technology is seeking experienced professionals for its Mechanical Solutions division to operate subsea cutting, dredging and cleaning equipment on offshore projects worldwide. You will also support lifting, deploying and pumping operations across a varied portfolio of services.

The role involves offshore mobilisation, maintenance and documentation, with opportunities to work across multiple sites and projects. Strong leadership and communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating subsea cutting, dredging and cleaning tools in offshore environments.
• Involvement in IRM and decommissioning projects is preferred.
• Experience with repair, maintenance and testing of subsea equipment.
• Experience with LPD and pumping equipment is beneficial.
• Supervisory experience offshore is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving and team skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate subsea cutting and dredging tools at offshore worksites and perform maintenance and documentation.
• Conduct functional testing, maintenance and repairs per project requirements.
• Mobilise offshore to international locations to support global projects.
• Complete maintenance reports, project reports, logs, timesheets and related documents promptly.
• Support workshop activities for pre- and post-mobilisation tasks.
