Join Our Crew: Subsea & Marine Crewing Specialist

Location: UK based. Aberdeen is our central office.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Process: Take full ownership of our subsea and marine crewing pipeline—sourcing, vetting, and mobilising offshore talent.
• Think on Your Feet: Be ready to pivot at a moment’s notice when client priorities shift or emergencies pop up.
• Build Relationships: Speak confidently with clients, understand their needs, and keep those partnerships strong.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Learn quickly about new technologies, industry trends, and client forecasts so you’re always one step ahead.
• Be the Go-To Person: Become the internal expert on subsea, ROV, deck and dive crewing, helping colleagues and clients navigate anything from schedules to compliances.
• Subsea Savvy: You have hands-on knowledge (or strong interest) in ROV, subsea operations, marine and offshore environments.
• Recruitment Experience: You’ve worked in crewing, logistics, and/or recruitment, ideally in the subsea or marine sectors.
• Client-First Mindset: You communicate clearly, respond quickly, and build trust with clients and candidates alike.
• Organised Multitasker: You’re comfortable managing large candidate pools and tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Adaptable & Curious: You learn on the fly, ask great questions, and aren’t afraid to suggest fresh ideas.
