Job summary

Global Marine Group is seeking an experienced Instructor to join our Jointing Training School in Chelmsford, Essex. You will deliver practical and theoretical training in Universal Jointing (UJ), related jointing technologies and other specialist cable jointing disciplines for internal staff and external customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Possess a training qualification.
• Competent jointer with UJ/UC/UQJ knowledge or experienced instructor willing to train as Universal Jointer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical training in Universal Jointing (UJ) and related technologies.
• Manage course delivery and ensure equipment and materials are available for training.
• Adapt training to diverse cultural backgrounds and coaching styles for international customers.
• Provide guidance on technical jointing aspects to internal and external customers.
• Oversee Jointing Training School stocks and re-qualification processes.
