Responsibilities

• Review engineering plans and specifications for material requirements.
• Perform labor cost analyses and estimations for proposal efforts.
• Make site visits to understand the full scope of projects before estimating.
• Prepare final cost reports for domestic and international proposals.

Skills

Experience in Submarine HM&E estimating

Familiarity with NAVSEA Standard Items

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for estimates and project plans

Understanding of technical plans, blueprints, and drawings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
