Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in immunotherapy to develop and teach accredited modules.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of immunotherapy principles, be a registered health professional, and passionate about educating healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will make an important contribution to the Velindre Oncology Academy, contributing to the development, teaching, and delivery of our post-graduate courses both face to face and through virtual learning platforms. You will facilitate and support student learning through leading, coordinating, and delivering a bespoke validated module.
Whilst this isn't a clinical and patient-facing role, we require somebody who is currently in a substantive role that's within this subject matter area.
This post is advertised as both a band 7 and a band 8a, and will be appointed to on experience.
This post is Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 months due to the needs of the service.

Main Duties of the Job- Design and create a comprehensive, evidence-based accredited training module on malignant wounds and assessment.
- Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
- Develop assessment tools to measure participants' understanding and application of module content.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
