A progressive claims management company in Northampton is seeking a Subject Matter Expert - Claims. This role involves investigating high-value claims and managing client communications. The ideal candidate will have client-focused experience in an office, strong investigation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse clients. They are members of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and undertake professional qualifications within the membership to expand knowledge and experience in the industry. Their staff members also undertake examinations and progression through the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) and other professional bodies dependent on the role.

8.45 – 5.00pm Monday to Friday with a break for lunch

25 days plus bank holidays, an extra 16 hours of time off in lieu taken at no more than two-hour slots which equates to a total of 27 days plus bank holidays. An additional day is also given for your Birthday if it falls on a weekday.
