Responsibilities
  • Investigation of high-value claims as part of the SME (Subject Matter Experts) team.
  • Manage cases allocated to you, ensuring you have all necessary data and information.
  • Communicate with clients, listen actively, and ask the right questions to gather accurate data.
  • Work with a range of clients and adapt communication to different backgrounds and levels.
  • Contribute to a challenging, business-focused environment with variety, progression routes, and ongoing training.

Hours of work

8.45 – 5.00pm Monday to Friday with a break for lunch

25 days plus bank holidays, an extra 16 hours of time off in lieu taken at no more than two-hour slots which equates to a total of 27 days plus bank holidays. An additional day is also given for your Birthday if it falls on a weekday.
