About this Role

Chatham Grammar is seeking to appoint an experienced science teacher, ready to take the next step in their career, to join us as Science Subject Leader. This position is a fixed-term maternity cover, and part-time applications may be considered.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an excellent classroom practitioner.
  • Has a deep understanding of the curriculum and how it can inspire and support students.
  • Is committed to educational excellence for both staff and students.

This is a hugely exciting time to join Chatham Grammar. Currently an all-girls grammar school with a mixed sixth form, we will transition to full co-education in September 2026.

As part of our energetic and collegiate Middle Leadership Team, you will play a central role in our ambitious journey and make a real difference to students' lives.
